Web site prices and packages

We offer set priced packages that may suit your requirements. Alternatively fill in our design questionnaire and we will get back to you with a quote.

All our web sites come with the following features as standard

  • Uploading of files to server –hosting and domain names can be arranged at extra cost
  • Backup of Web site onto CD
  • Scanning/optimization of client supplied images or insertion of library supplied images into the design. We are not a graphic design company but can design logos or simple images for you. We can supply a variety of background graphics
  • Editing and proof reading of client supplied text
  • Optimization of pages for viewing at different resolutions

We can incorporate the following into the site on request

  • Hit counters (both visible or for owners use only)
  • Site search engine
  • Audio files for special effects
  • Internal and external hyperlinks
  • Feedback and contact forms
  • E-Mail links
  • Guest books, polls and forums etc
  • Flash text and animated image effects Shockwave movies
  • Databases with simple or complex search facilities.


What will it all cost me?

Fill in our contact/quote form with your requirements and we will give you some idea of the cost.

If you want to use templates you can mention this on the form. The design quote will be less, but you will need to add the cost of the template to your overall costs.

The Stages of Web Design

Here is a summary of the stages we follow if we design a web site for you

STAGE 1 Contact Us with your initial enquiry
You can email us or use our contact form

STAGE 2 Your Requirements
We will phone you or email you to discuss your requirements.
At this stage we will help you decide what kind of web site you need.

- How many pages might you need? - eg: Home page and detail pages

- Do want to sell products online? (e-commerce enabled sites will need an online shop and payment facilities at extra cost)

- Do you want to use pictures? If so do you want us to find them for you or will you supply them?

- Do you need to start from scratch with a domain name and hosting. We can arrange these at extra cost

- Is your site likely to want interactive features such as a contact form, audio effects of animated images?

- Are you likely to use templates or want a custom design?

After this initial consultation we can give you some initial ideas as to the cost of your site and you can then decide whether to proceed with using us to make your site.

STAGE 3 Initial Design Work
At this stage we will work on the basic structure of the web site.

If you provide us with some personalized details we can make the initial design relate more closely to your identity

We will send initial samples with different possible layouts and colour schemes to help you to decide what suits you best and we will give you a rough timescale of development.

STAGE 4 Detailed Design Work
We will now design your site to contain all the preferred layout and images. Any interactive features will be added.

At the end of this stage the design will be uploaded to our servers for testing. You can view the site online and can make suggestions for changes.

STAGE 5 Final Web site Design
We will make any alterations required at this stage.

If you require a domain name and/or hosting this can be arranged for you. Alternatively we will upload your new or altered site to your existing domain.

There will still be opportunities to add or alter details or design features even at this late stage
