Dynamic techniques

If you want your web pages to have moving images or to use data pulled in live from the Internet, you will need to ask your web designer about dynamic pages.
These techniques usually need the technology to be available on the user's browser.

Interactive pages

These pages will do something when the user click on a part of the page
You can open a database, display a sequence of images, open pop up windows or send a response form to the web site

If you require interaction with the server to extract live information, for example on a customer focused site you will need your site designer to use these techniques.

Database pages use this technology so that data stored can be retrieved by the user.

Forms allow users to communicate with the site owner, for example to ask for more information.
